Who is AgeWise Physio?

Hi, I’m George – the face behind AgeWise Physio.

I graduated from St George’s University of London around 10 years ago and have since gained a broad range of experience across many areas of physiotherapy. My career has taken me through large acute hospitals and community settings in both London and Bristol.

Over the years, I’ve worked in elderly care, general medicine, intensive care, trauma and elective orthopaedics, musculoskeletal outpatients, and even spent time in a private hospital here in Bristol. However, it’s in community-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation for older adults where I’ve found my true passion.

I’ve always been drawn to working with the older population — I find these patients not only incredibly interesting, but also deeply motivated to get the most out of physiotherapy and life.

I started AgeWise Physio to help older adults stay active, independent, and confident. My goal is to support people in making the most of later life by reducing the risk of falls, building strength, and improving overall quality of life.
